Ann Carroll has lived in the Bell County area for the last 35 years. Ann grew up in the Orlando, Florida area; attended high school there and attended college in Villanova, PA. Ann is active in the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors, having served on the Friends Feedings Friends committee, the Public Relations Committee, and the Board of Directors. Ann is also active in the Salado community, working with the Ladies Auxiliary and is active in her church. Ann is married to Jeff Carroll. Jeff is retired from Mrs. Bairds' Bakeries. Ann and Jeff have three children, Dana Baugh, Stacey Gingles and Greg Carroll. Dana and her husband Brad live out of state where Brad practices medicine. They are the parents of two of Ann's beautiful grandchildren, Ellie and Sam. Greg lived in South Korea where he taught English and recently moved back to the States. Ann is a graduate of Star Power University's Buyer Specialist Program and the Floyd Wickman Program where she received the Shining Star award in 2000. She received the GRI designation the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), as well as the E-Pro designation. George proudly served twenty-two years in the U.S. Army as a pilot flying both helicopters and airplanes, stationed twice at Fort Hood for a total of nine years. Following the military George worked as an airline pilot flying in the United States, Asia,
Europe, and Central America. George and his wife, Alice, moved to Temple in 1992 and Salado in 2000. Alice is a retired school teacher. Georgeʼs oldest son works as a fireman in Copperas Cove. Their youngest son obtained a BS in Nursing from the
University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and now works as a Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White in Temple. While in the military George obtained a college degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. George obtained his Real Estate License in 2013, earned the Graduate Realtor Designation in 2015, and attended the Certified Military Residential Specialist Boot Camp. Patsy is a native Texan who moved from Austin to Salado nineteen years ago. She graduated high school in Grenada, Mississippi and from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in marketing. She later received a doctor of jurisprudence degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio. Patsy was employed in Austin where she met and married Ronnie Tynes who is in the commercial real estate business. They moved to Rockport where Patsy worked primarily for title companies preparing closing documents. She later became active in Ronnie’s commercial real estate business where she established and headed their property management company. She also owned and operated a ladies clothing establishment. After a stint in Montecito, California, where she was also in the clothing business, she and Ronnie returned to Austin where she became active in residential real estate. Upon moving to Salado, Patsy was in retail for several years before returning to the real estate business. She enjoys working with people and you can always expect a high degree of integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism from her as she assists you in buying and selling real estate.
